Deb Kumar Mondal

Deb Kumar Mondal is the founder of 株式会社uncomfortable, empowering entrepreneurs to build their dreams in Japan.

A 2016 IIT Bombay Mechanical Engineering graduate, Deb spent 3 years as an R&D Engineer at Daikin Industries Japan and 1 year as a Management Consultant at Accenture Japan, working with key stakeholders at large-cap Japanese oil and chemical companies. He later served as Chief Product Officer at Tech Japan, consulting with J-Startup companies, Japanese and Indian government bodies, and top IITs/IIMs to build sustainable India-Japan collaboration ecosystems.
